The Vault: Geto Boys’ “Mind” Games
Bushwick Bill’s appearance on this week’s episode of Ego Trip’s (White) Rapper Show reminded us how long it’s been since we listened to Geto Boys’ 1991 hit “Mind Playing Tricks On Me,” one of the best rap tracks of the ’90s, and surely one of the finest uses of an Issac Hayes sample ever:
