The Vault: The Dream Syndicate Ages Like A Fine Wine

It’s been almost twenty-five years since the release of the Dream Syndicate’s paisley-rock touchstone The Days Of Wine And Roses, and we’re still trying to figure out how Steve Wynn strangled those squibs of fuzz from his guitar (we’re also still trying to figure out how he managed to become a billionaire from one low-selling college-rock album, but maybe we’re missing something). The Syndicate has gotten a few posthumous kudos in the past few years, but we still think the group is sorely underrated, as proven by these two classic tracks:
