A friend of mine and I have a neo-tradition of giving each other the worst album we can think of (you get points for going for something out of left field, as opposed to obvious choices) as a Christmas gift.

We are sworn to listen to the gift the whole way through at least once.

He inaugurated this tradition by giving me one of Steven Seagal’s albums (Songs from the Crystal Cave, I believe). My gift in return was Dee Dee Ramone’s solo album, along with the single for it where he raps, which was sadly not included on the album proper. I’m not sure which of us had it worse that year.

Shart = “When one farts and a little shit comes out”

Ten bucks says that the “dangerously peaceful” Steven Seagal is doing just that at the very moment this photo was taken.

…..I was a tremendous fan when I saw “Hard to Kill.” Just sad. I can sort of imagine a fat Jimmy Page playing “The Rain Song” on the 12-string like in “The Song Remains the Same,” when I look at that picture. I won’t ruin it by trying to listen…

He is turning into fat Elvis right before our eyes…love the sideburns

I don’t think I can convey just how many pictures there were from this show on the Getty wire. It’s like a flip-book of waddling mediocrity.

I never understood the whole Steven Segal thing: then I saw a snippet of a movie. Damn, that guy’s got presence. I sh*t you not. I was very surprised.
