Listening Station: Jumping In With The Julie Ocean
Thanks to friend of Idolator (and commenter) Jon Solomon for sending us the MySpace page of the DC outfit Julie Ocean earlier this afternoon. Their band name name-checks an Undertones song and their members include guys who have done time in Velocity Girl, Tree Fort Angst, Severin, and Glo-Worm, so you probably aren’t surprised that a) they play spazzy, hooky guitar pop and b) we’re very much into it, thank you.
