New Jersey police are saying “no way” to Swizz Beatz performing at a Camden community rally because they think Swizz’s single “It’s Me Snitches” supports the hilarious trend of witness intimidation set to catchy beats. I’m no great fan of the cops myself, and Swizz’s song only features the word “snitches” so as to avoid the equally charming “bitches,” but the anti-“snitchin'” shit has got to cease, even as a hook.
