MTV has entered into a partnership with the microblogging site Twitter; together the two will keep cellies vibrating with VMA-related “news” all the way through Sept. 9’s awards show. If my way-short-lived experience with Twitter is any indication, those updates will mostly consist of short descriptions of hangovers, lunch picks, and being stuck in traffic, all of which are surefire ratings gold.
