Former Ramones drummer Richard Reinhardt is suing anyone he can get his hands on, including Wal-Mart, Apple, RealNetworks, The Ramones’ management, and Johnny Ramone’s estate over six songs he wrote during his stint with the band from 1983 to 1987. Reinhardt claims that he never signed over the rights or gave permission for digital sales, and is owed a disproportionate amount of money ($900,000 to be exact) for what are, presumably, six two-and-a-half minute songs about glue and aggravated assault.
