Jay-Z’s ‘American Gangster’ Leaks
We hear that Island/Def Jam sent exactly 15 review copies of Jay-Z’s American Gangster out to journalists–and when tracks from the album leaked last week, the label tried to see who the guilty party was, only to find that the songs could be traced back to 13 out of the 15 copies mailed out. If only Thou Shall Not Leak were still around to track those writers down and give ’em all an e-flogging, right?
