California Tries To Pass Anti-Suge Knight Ordinance

The city of Compton is attempting to run serial white dude dangler and controversy-plagued Death Row records co-founder Suge Knight out of town as part of an anti-gang enforcement strategy that claims Knight has ties to the Piru Bloods. If upheld, the injunction would prevent Knight “from congregating, carrying guns, drinking alcohol in public or staying out past 10 p.m.” in addition to a pre-existing injunction that prevents him from being fed after midnight. Can’t-catch-a-break Suge, needless to say, is contesting:

“This is crazy,” Knight told the Los Angeles Times in Thursday’s editions. “I’m a 42-year-old businessman, not a gang member. I don’t even live in Compton anymore.”

The local judge is set to rule on the matter later today. I know there’s no end in sight for the strike, but at what point do we get the Suge Knight TV movie already? All we really need is one visionary VH1 producer and a print-out of his Wikipedia page.
