Because New York’s SoHo isn’t teeming with enough places to buy overpriced souvenir T-shirts, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame is opening an annex in that neighborhood. If it’s anything like the Cleveland location, now that it’s been announced, look for it to take a decade to actually be built. [AP]

COOL! I live right above SoHo in Greenwich Village (both totally the coolest neighborhoods in case anyone was unaware). That means I can get up at and walk down to buy a vintage Poison shirt in my mesh shorts now. Life is the best!
