The networking equipment company Sandvine credits this rise to interest in video content (you can fit a lot of “Viva La Vida”‘s in an Iron Man), but one can assume Paul McGuinness and others in the music industry will use this information to further shame to ISP providers who refuse to regulate these hooligans.
