Michael Jackson had lethal amounts of propofol, a powerful anaesthetic typically used to knock people out during surgery, in his system when he passed away in June. Other drugs in his system: Lorazepam, Midazolam, and Valium. Jackson’s former doctor Conrad Murray is under investigation for a possible involuntary manslaughter charge, and apparently much of the investigation up to this point has focused on Murray’s administering of propofol to Jackson before his death. Murray, for his part, is saying that he was actually trying to get Jackson off the drug, but Jackson demanded it the morning of his death. [LAT]
