Kelly Clarkson Goes To Melissa Etheridge’s Window

Also at last night’s Vh1 Divas extravaganza: Kelly Clarkson, who was paired with fellow belter Melissa Etheridge on a ripping performance of Etheridge’s 1988 debut single “Bring Me Some Water.” The two complement each other quite nicely as they trade off vocals, and man, I could just listen to Kelly sing all day. But you already know this. Clip after the jump.

And here is her performance of “Already Gone,” which is preceded by a lovely package where she talks about why she really isn’t an “overnight sensation”:

Is this where I confess that I’ve watched these videos obsessively for over two hours late last night? Kelly was incredible on Already Gone. Kelly + Melissa = WICKED!!
