R. Kelly Getting Stiffed By Susan Boyle, Lashes Out At The Haters

R. Kelly’s new album Untitled doesn’t appear to be too much of a threat—well, unless you’re worried you might suddenly find yourself in the family way after listening to it.

Billboard is projecting that the battle for the peak position on next week’s Top 200 Albums chart is between the current #1, Susan Boyle’s I Dreamed A Dream, and Andrea Bocelli’s encroaching My Christmas, which has been lodged at #2 for the past three weeks. Each is said to possibly sell upwards of 375,000 copies by week’s end.

R. Kelly, on the other hand, is expected to only move about 100,000 copies. Maybe he should have titled his album, after all.

Oh, but we’re just kidding about R. After all, we wouldn’t want to incite any of his visual wrath, like in the clip posted to his YouTube channel yesterday wherein the “Ignition” crooner addresses his detractors (are you watching, Trey Songz?):

Elephants don’t swat flies? This is probably best summed up by quoting Kelly himself —”Girl, you trippin’.”

In a final bit of news about next week’s chart, Billboard notes that Allison Iraheta’s Just Like You will likely debut outside the Top 10.
