Lady Antebellum Wants You To ‘Love This Pain’

Peachy Georgians (and Best New Artist nominees) Lady Antebellum delivered a smash with the sorta weepy title track from their forthcoming second album Need You Now, but the country trio is picking up the tempo and adding a sing-along chorus for their new yearner, “Love This Pain.” Get on your boots and take a listen after the jump.

It’s a lil rocking ditty, with vocals divvied between the group’s Charles Kelley and Hillary Scott. “Need You Now” peaked at #5 on Billboard’s Hot 100, and while “American Honey” is the album’s second single, “Love This Pain” (with that chorus that reminds us ever so slightly of Santana/Michelle Branch’s “The Game Of Love“) is a fun discovery on the new album.

The now Nashville-based trifecta is set to rock the stage Grammy night, and their song “I Run To You” is part of the unusually countrified 2010 Grammy Nominees CD, out January 19. Lady Antebellum’s Need You Know drops in stores (digital stores, along with those box-y buildings no one goes to anymore) on January 26.
