Vampires ruled the 2010 People’s Choice Awards, as Twilight nabbed wins in the Favorite Movie, Favorite On-Screen Team, Favorite Breakout Star and Favorite Franchise categories. (True Blood also proved it had bite by winning Favorite TV Obsession.)

But the Queen Latifah-hosted gig—which went down last night at Los Angeles’ Nokia Theatre—also saw Lady Gaga pick up two awards, and Glee, which is also nominated for four Golden Globes, win in the Favorite New TV Comedy category. And the People named Taylor Swift, who fended off Susan Boyle to wind up with the best-selling album of 2009, as Favorite Female Artist.

Hop below to watch Taylor’s acceptance speech—which, alas, was far less entertaining than Mariah Carey’s drunken rambling at the Palm Springs International Film Festival the other night—and to catch the list of music winners at the 2010 People’s Choice Awards.
