Sara Bareilles Sings An Ode To ‘Jersey Shore’

Snooki and her gravity-defying poof are here for at least 15 minutes, folks, so we might as well tune in. Sara Bareilles wrote a Christmas song about the classy ladies and gents of Jersey Shore, set to the tune of Rihanna’s “Umbrella” (with a little detour through the Eagles’ “Hotel California”). She performed it during a concert in Los Angeles at Room 5 back in December, but the video just surfaced online, and you can check it out after the jump. Spray on that tan, flex those abs, and sing along!

Sara tweets, “hi. i wrote a song about the Jersey shore. It’s on my website, and I’m apologizing now for the number of F-bombs. suriously. like a lot.” She ain’t kiddin’! But we’ll forgive her potty-mouth, since it’s all for the sake of art. The Jersey Shore cast, on the other hand, has no excuse.

Up next: an ode to The Hills cast set to Russian Roulette. Not the Rihanna song, the actual game. Seriously, shoot them.
