PHOTOS: “We Are The World” Doppelgangers

As you may have heard, there’s a ton of buzz around celebrity look-alikes the last several days — it’s Doppelganger Week on Facebook, allegedly thanks to this guy. But here, we’ve been thinking about the doppelgangers for music’s biggest humanitarians of the week: the more than 75 artists who came out to support Haitian earthquake victims by re-recording the 1985 charity single “We Are The World.” Participants ranged from Kanye West to Usher to Celine Dion and, um, actor Vince Vaughn. We couldn’t help but notice a few similarities between the members of this all-star lineup and the original performers of the song. See our list of the 2010 artists and their 1985 counterparts, who included Lionel Richie, LaToya Jackson, Stevie Wonder and Paul Simon. And see if you can guess our pick for the 2010 equivalent of Michael Jackson. And for real, folks: let’s start giving.
