After partnering up with Justin Timberlake and Charlie Sexton at the Hope For Haiti Now telethon two weeks ago, Matt Morris has found a suprise hit on his hands with “Hallelujah.” The trio’s cover of the Leonard Cohen tune initially debuted on the Billboard Hot 100 at #48, and this week jumped up to #13.

Morris, who helped pen Kelly Clarkson’s “Miss Independent” with Christina Aguilera, hit up Lopez Tonight to perform his reggae-inflected song “Love,” which Matt wrote for his husband Sean Michael Morris. Watch below!
