The Morning Mix: Justin Bieber, Ladies Man

Good morning, folks! For all you Losties out there who checked out last night’s ep, consider this a reminder to check out Doctor Rosen Rosen’s remix of the Lost score, which you might have missed at the tail end of last season. Hear the grim score transformed into a groovy track that even the rockers in Driveshaft would appreciate. (More recently the good Doctor pumped out a killer remix of Lady Gaga’s “Telephone”, also worth a listen.) Let’s mix it up! Did You Hear?

:: Beyoncé isn’t the only female on Justin Bieber’s mind. Here are 10 other ladies lucky enough to pose next to The Bieb, who’s at the perfect height for some inappropriate cleavege-staring. [Rap-Up]

:: Broadway star Laura Bell Bundy (who played Elle Woods in the Broadway production of Legally Blonde before MTV decided to search for someone else to fill those pink high heels) is trying her hand at country music. Is she a quirky country star in the Kellie Pickler mold, or another wannabe who will crash and burn in Nashville? (See Simpson, Jessica). Watch her deliriously cheerful video “Giddy On Up” and decide. [Just Jared]

:: Eve plays a pretty convincing Kristen Stewart in this Funny or Die parody of New Moon. [Rap Radar]

:: In typically crass and desperate style, Howard Stern riffs on the private lives of Miley Cyrus and Taylor Swift. Yet another reason why he shouldn’t be allowed to critique young, impressionable singers on American Idol. [Ocean Up]

:: Imogen Heap gave Jason Derulo her approval for sampling “Hide and Seek” on “Whatcha Say.” Did Justin Timberlake offer a thumbs-up for the “In My Head” video, though? [Spinner]

After the jump: it’s been two years since Amy Winehouse swept the Grammys via satellite, and sad to say, it’s been pretty much downhill for the troubled singer since.

VIDEO REWIND OF THE DAY: Two years ago today, Amy Winehouse won five Grammys from the comfort of her home country, as visa troubles prohibited her from entering the U.S. for the annual telecast. Amy, who thanked her jailed husband, “My Blake Incarcerated” (a gut-busting pet name that has since become an actual band name) won Best New Artist, Best Pop Vocal Album for Back To Black, Best Female Pop Vocal Performance, Song Of the Year and Record Of The Year for “Rehab.” After re-watching the video for her ubiquitous ode to saying no, no, no, we really wish Amy had said yes, yes, yes to professional help and stuck with a sober lifestyle, even if it meant we wouldn’t have this deliciously sinful soul song still blasting on our stereos.

Have a great day, everyone!
