Hear Justin Bieber’s Sad ‘My World 2.0’ Bonus Track “Where Are You Now”

Attention Walmart non-shoppers—if you didn’t grab Justin Bieber’s #1 album My World 2.0 at the chain store, then you’ve no doubt missed out on the 16-year-old cougar hunter‘s bonus track (exclusive to copies of the CD purchased at Walmart) “Where Are You Now.” The heart-tugging ballad was written by the Bieb and produced by Bryan-Michael Cox (aka B. Cox). Give it a listen after the jump.

Now we might be reading a bit too much into the teen hairstyling guru‘s lyrics, but with lines like “where are you now, now that I’m half grown” and “take my hand and walk with me, show me what to be,” it does appear as if “Where Are You Now” is a thinly-veiled ode to his father. (Bieber was raised by his single mother Pattie Mallette.) Either way, compared to his current singles “Baby” and “Never Let You Go,” this offering is quite the misty jam.

Such is the multi-faceted power of the Bieber, it seems—he’s able to crack up the Internet-surfing public one moment, then turn on a dime and have you weeping the next.
