Hear Brandy’s Original Version Of Jennifer Lopez’s Flop Single “Louboutins”

Have a morbid curiosity to hear the original version of Jennifer Lopez flop “Louboutins,” before Mrs. Marc Anthony got her mitts on it? Well then you’ve come to the right place. Turns out the Dream and Christopher “Tricky” Stewart-produced jam was originally intended for Brandy, who recorded a rough version of it before she was dropped by Epic. Alas, “Louboutins” appears to be the kiss of death, as Lopez’s version (and subsequent failure to dent the Hot 100) brought about her removal from the Epic roster, as well. To these ears, there doesn’t appear to be much to crow about with either version, and it probably all just comes down to which of the singers themselves you prefer.
