A Fine Frenzy’s “Electric Twist” Video—Filled With Toys, Boys And Body Paint Parties
Way-too-slept-on pop songstress A Fine Frenzy (known to her more obsessed fans as Alison Sudol) is back with a lush sophomore album, Bomb In A Birdcage, and she’s leaving nothing to chance. Already a social-networking force with more than a million Twitter followers, she’s released an adorable new video for new single “Electric Twist” that guest stars YouTube music whiz Dave Days. Watch the vivacious Sudol do the twist and showcase her vocal chops below.
A Fine Frenzy – “Electric Twist”
Directed by Justin Purser, the video perfectly captures Sudol as she shifts easily between flirtatious and reflective. It’s a great look for a song that represents the synthy, bouncy style she’s adopted since her folkier 2007 debut, One Cell In The Sea. And yes, those hula hoops in “Electric Twist” really makes us want to get up and twist again like we did last summer.
