Jordin Sparks To Tour — And She’s Texting Us

Idolator Staff | May 27, 2010 1:15 pm

While we continue to debate last night’s results, the truth is that it wasn’t THAT long ago that American Idol voters helped discover truly gifted young female singers — and pop music is better off for it. Jordin Sparks, whose impressive range helped her win Idol Season 6, delivered a towering performance on one of our favorite hits of the past year: “Battlefield”.

Now she’s heading out on the road: The Battfield Tour, presented by Mike & Ike, starts one week from today in Sayreville, NJ. But we’ve got a SUPRISE — throughout the tour, Jordin is going to send us TEXT messages from different cities. Got a question for Jordin? We’ll get her to answer it! Comment with your question below, and pick out a date to go see her from the tour dates listed! We’re going to be texting with Jordin for a reason: we want to help call attention to the safety risk posed by texting while driving. Jordin has taken the Allstate Texting Pledge — and you should too.

Go see Jordin on tour — and before you go, send us your question, we’ll text it to her!
