Mariah Carey Pulls Out Of A Tyler Perry Movie For Vague Reasons

Award-winning actress (you read that correctly) Mariah Carey was cast in Tyler Perry’s big-screen adaptation of Ntozake Shange’s 1975 play, Colored Girls Who Have Considered Suicide When the Rainbow Is Enuf, but has pulled out because “her doctor advised her not to.” Many believe Mariah walked away from the movie because she’s pregnant, though that’s still unconfirmed. Personally, we think she pulled out because she realized that this movie would have the absolute worst title in the entire world and she didn’t want it sullying her growing IMDb page. We are already mourning the inevitable hilarious award acceptance speech that will never be.
