Kate Nash Is One Sexy Circus Performer In The “Kiss That Grrrl” Vid
The last time we spoke to darling Brit-pop singer Kate Nash, she told us that she was inspired by the HBO Documentary Cat Dancers when coming up with the concept for her video for “Kiss That Grrrl”, the next single off her sophomore album My Best Friend Is You. But we see a few other influences: namely, Britney Spear’s “Circus” video splashed with a dash of Katy Perry’s cheeky burlesque look. Check out the supercute sideshow below.

In the clip to the retro, Supremes-sounding track, Kate dons a sparkly blue leotard while walking a tightrope and taming a “tiger,” and it appears she also has her boyfriend, Ryan Jarman, tamed as well—The Cribs frontman is forced to wear one unfortunate-looking wig in the video.
We’ve got Brit’s “Circus”, Pink’s “Funhouse”, Janelle Monae’s “Tightrope” and now Kate’s sexy sideshow—anyone else think it’s time to bring back Circus with the Stars?
