Carrie Underwood Wins Big, Performs “Undo It” At 2010 CMT Music Awards

The Kid Rock-hosted 2010 CMT Music Awards went down last night at Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena, and Carrie Underwood was the night’s big winner. The American Idol Season 4 champ snagged both the Video Of The Year (for “Cowboy Casanova”) and Performance Of The Year (for “Temporary Home” on CMT: Invitation Only) buckles. Big surprises: Taylor Swift took home nada, while cooking diva Paula Deen ran her hands up and down Jersey Shore stud The Situation’s abs on stage (watch that classy moment here).
