First up we have the stomping Aphrodite title track, which was co-written by singer-songwriter Nerina Pallot and her husband, Grammy-nominated producer Andy Chatterly. Think “Hollaback Girl” gone to disco paradise. Could quotable Kylie sound any more uplifting?

Why, yes—it turns out she can! Check out “Get Outta My Way,” a song whose title has the distinction of bringing to mind Kylie’s previous smash “Can’t Get You Out Of My Head” and a lyric from “Spinning Around” (“I’m spinning around, move out of my way”), but manages to blow both of them out of the water with an utterly euphoric pop explosion.

Keep in mind, we reserve the right for our favorites off this album to change. After all, Stuart Price has done an exceptional job shaping Aphrodite into Kylie’s most cohesive collection of songs since Fever, and it’s pure ear candy from start to finish.
So while we all wait the long week-and-a-half till the LP’s release date, why not kill some time by flipping through these pics of Kylie looking wet and sexy in BlackBook?
