As we marked the one-year anniversary of Michael Jackson’s death with a list of the legendary entertainer’s lesser-known jams and the 11 most bizarre MJ-related items we could find on eBay, readers weighed in with their own personal thoughts about the singer’s music and legacy. That, of course, wasn’t the only big news in a week that also saw Drake’s debut album hit #1, American Idol lower its contestant age requirement to 15 and pop teen Charice join the cast of Glee. Head below to read through our weekly roundup of reader comments!

:: John eeeeeee-heeee‘d and woooo-hooo-hooooo‘d on The 10 Michael Jackson Songs You Forgot: “As I went through the list, it dawned on me that only casual fans would have forgotten these, with the exception of ‘We Are Here To Change The World’ and ‘When We Grow Up’… I know that ‘Butterflies’ is described as sleepy here, but when I heard that, I knew that he was still in the game. That song is a great reminder of what he could do with a good song.”

:: StarsFallForMJ got emotional on Christina Aguilera, Jonas Brothers And More Remember Michael Jackson: “I miss Michael…. and its true, there will NEVER be another person like him. Not just another artist, but the all round package of great entertainer and truely wonderful human being. He was one of a kind. An artist like him doesnt come round once in a lifetime or once in a generation, an artist like Michael Jackson comes around ONCE, period.”

:: Scott Reno Brian didn’t exactly thank Drizzy later after Drake Gives Bluesy Performance Of “Find Your Love” On the Tonight Show: “This guy is horrible. I don’t care if he has a number one hit song, this performance was horrible. I’ve never seen anyone sing so out of tune on a show like the Tonight Show. It’s obvious this guy can’t sing at all. Take away the autotune magic of the studio, and you get to see how awful he really is.

:: Likewise, Karen didn’t think Xtina’s new single sounded very bionic on The Radio Mix Of Christina Aguilera’s “You Lost Me” Gets A Beat: “They’re trying to turn her into a Winehouse/Adele/Duffy.”

:: Candy, however, begged to differ: “She’s been around and doing this longer than all of them ugly twats + she has a better voice!”

:: Trey welcomed the latest addition to William McKinley High’s student body in Glee Gets Bigger—Filipino Pop Star Charice To Join The Cast: “Although I am a bit annoyed by Glee, hopefully this will help her venture off further into being a successful solo aritst. I mean she debuted at #8 just because of really Oprah promotion, imagine how this could help.”

:: Luke Romesburg disagreed with our Selena vs. Miley assessment on We Spy Selena Gomez & The Scene’s “Round And Round” Music Video: “Sorry Idolator, but “Can’t Be Tamed” kicks this songs ass. As well, Miley’s new album is the bomb, and there’s noway Selena’s will be as good.”

:: Sally kept the blonde-on-blonde debate rolling on Is Lady Gaga’s Beef With Christina Aguilera Her Best Feud Yet?: “At least Xtina’s hair is real.”

:: COMMENT OF THE WEEK — Finally, Can’t Be Tamed clinched this week’s zinger on American Idol Lowers Its Age Requirement, Hunts For The Next Justin Bieber: “Just what we need: more barely-weaned chyldren in thongs warbling into a microphone while old men leer at their taut flesh. USA! USA!”
