Soulja Boy isn’t the only artist to quit Twitter in a huff in recent weeks. Turns out 27-year-old Grammy winner LeAnn Rimes, whose album of cover versions titled Lady And Gentlemen is due out this fall, was feeling a bit maligned on the social networking platform. Catch her final tweets and her video for new single “Swingin'” after the jump.

Here’s what LeAnn left her fans hanging with, according to Just Jared:

“Taking a break from twitter for a while. It’s unhealthy for me and my family to have to read negative comments from people who’s [sic] opinions have no bearing on my life. I love my fans so very much and will return one day soon. God bless to you all!” “I hope you understand. It’s time for me to focus on healing, my happiness and my music. I can’t wait to share it all with my fans soon! There’s a million other ways to stay connected with my fans and I plan to focus on those! The most important, bringing you great music!”

Heck—don’t blame us. We didn’t even know LeAnn Rimes was on Twitter.

Anyway, speaking of that great music Rimes mentioned, here’s the “Can’t Fight The Moonlight” singer’s latest single, a cover of John Anderson’s 1983 country hit “Swingin'”:
