Depending on your tolerance for Will Ferrell’s voice in this ESPY Awards skit where he portrays Jeff Vuvuzela, inventor of the Vuvuzela instrument used at the World Cup, you might enjoy Janelle Monae’s duet with the comedian. The pair belt out Roberta Flack’s 1983 ballad “Tonight, I Celebrate My Love” together, but you have to wait till about the 4:22 mark to get to the Janelle stuff. Marvel at this ear-splitting moment from the ESPN event after the jump.

Now we suggest cleansing your ears by watching Roberta Flack’s own duet with Michael Jackson, “When We Grow Up.”
