Lady Gaga collaborated with London-based artist Stuart Semple for her WestEast cover. The Hong Kong publication chose the “Alejandro” singer for the front of its summer “Art” issue. Previously, Semple had a limited edition piece titled Tear Drops On The Dance Floor (Ft. Gaga) that was on display at the Hong Kong International Art Fair in May. Catch that print, plus the full WestEast cover and inside images, after the jump.

Notes Semple on his official site, “In a post Warholian context, we can only be talking about post-sexuality. Gaga of course is far past our typical pin-up, yet her myth like that surrounding a ‘Gold Marilyn’ or ‘Balloon Dog’ creates its own kind of allure. With the exclusion of [Cyndi] Lauper, Gaga is really the first female to take the pop-performance ideology to such a massive place.”

And below is Semple’s Tear Drops On The Dance Floor (Ft. Gaga), which you can learn more about at StuartSemple.com.
