Sky Sailing Paints A Pretty Picture In The “Brielle” Video
Sky Sailing—the side project of Owl City’s Adam Young—had its debut LP An Airplane Carried Me To Bed drop into stores on Tuesday, although the album has been available for digital download for two weeks. We’ll have to wait and see if Young can repeat the success he scored with Owl City (Ocean Eyes peaked at #8 on the Billboard 200, and “Fireflies” topped the charts), but a good video couldn’t hurt his chances. Young wrote all the songs on An Airplane Carried Me To Bed over three years ago, when Owl City was just a sparkle in his eye. He’s currently working on his Ocean Eyes follow-up, and his tour with Maroon 5 and Kris Allen kicks off tonight in upstate New York.
