To get his feet wet in the world of acting ahead of his biopic’s release, MTV VMA-nominated teen Justin Bieber will make his screen debut in an episode of CSI that’s scheduled to air on September 23. People posted this shot of the Bieb giving his best Aaaaaaargh! face while hovering over a prop corpse on the set. Meanwhile, the “Love Me” singer probably had the same expression when it became widely reported on Monday that he’d be publishing his memoirs this fall. Catch JB setting the record straight on his forthcoming tome after the jump.

Bieber cleared things about First Step 2 Forever: My Story, his upcoming illustrated HarperCollins book, via a series of tweets yesterday. Here they are strung together (Ah—remember the days of the good ol’-fashioned statement?):

“at the press conference someone asked me about the book we are putting out in October…just want to clear something up…it isnt a memoir…i teamed up with this amazing photographer robert and he has been taking pictures behind the scenes from before the tour. so the book will include all those pics and im going to tell the story of all that led up from rehearsals until the first night of the tour… pretty excited about it and think everyone will enjoy the story and the pics…but we can all agree im a little too young to write a memoir… but we can make a pretty great book with lots of exclusive stuff…but i just got a lot more life to live too :)”

…and more acting to do! Below is another pic from the CSI set, via USA Today.

People notes that Bieber will shoot a second CSI episode in the coming months that will air in February.
