PHOTOS: Green Day Laugh It Up At Lollapalooza

Aug 8th, 2010 // 2 Comments

Don’t let the Tony Awards fool you: Green Day are still a rock band, a damn fine one at that. The San Francisco Bay punk trio — who first played Lollapalooza back when it was a tour, not a festival — played a goofy but tight set at this year’s fest. Billie Joe Armstrong & Co. tossed in covers of the Beatles’ “Hey Jude” and the Isley Brothers’ “Shout” in between their own greatest hits and new jams like “Last Of The American Girls”. Saw them last week in Camden, seeing them again this weekend in Jersey once more @ the PNC Bank Arts Center. I am 30, been a fan since I was 14 and the concert was one of my husbands bday gifts to me. 4th row behind the pit. Dead center. Dare I say I have better pictures than these? (I do). Probably the best concert that I have ever been to.
Almost 3 hours of music from these guys and non stop energy from start to finish! The encore was a good 45 minutes long!!! Looking forward to seeing them again, even if I do have lawn seats!

Incidentally, we sat 2 rows behind Matt Pinfield. He is a little, little man.

One thing I would like to touch upon is that weightloss system fast can be carried out by the appropriate diet and exercise. People’s size not merely affects appearance, but also the quality of life. Self-esteem, despression symptoms, health risks, and physical abilities are impacted in fat gain. It is possible to make everything right whilst still having a gain. If this happens, a medical problem may be the offender. While an excessive amount of food but not enough work out are usually the culprit, common medical conditions and traditionally used prescriptions could greatly help to increase size. Thanks for your post here gywl512.
