Ne-Yo Glows On His ‘Libra Scale’ Cover Art

Ne-Yo looks as sophisticated as ever on the cover art of his fourth studio album, Libra Scale (out October 18). But why does it look like an on-break catering staff is about to have a rooftop dance-fight with a few members of a white-outfits-only assassin squad? And is Ne-Yo playing referee, using his glowing cuff links as a stopwatch? That we don’t know. We would have much preferred a simple, striking image of the suited R&B singer alone than this thrown-together art—is it too late to nab the understated photo used on his “One In A Million” single sleeve instead?
