Following in the footsteps of Britney Spears, Justin Timberlake, Taylor Swift, Sting, Madonna, Alanis Morissette, Spice Girls and Jonas Brothers, Justin Bieber has finally crossed over into the next phase of his world domination—acting. The Bieb made his debut as a thespian last night in “Shock Waves,” the Season 11 premiere episode of CSI. The “Baby” singer played Jason McCann, troubled brother of bomb suspect Alex McCann. Marvel at Justin’s acting chops below.

Oh, Bieber—we knew you’d crack once the po-po put on the pressure. In the end the cops gun down his brother Alex while he’s attempting to purchase materials to make more explosives. (Convenient!) Meanwhile, another bomb goes off in an abandoned building where the CSIs are investigating a murder.

And guess which 16-year-old MTV VMA-winning pop star planted that one?

Let’s have that evil Norman-Bates-from-Psycho final look once again, Bieber!

Bravo! JB ended up being quite impressive as a baddie, especially for a kid who’s never acted professionally before. Kind of makes you wonder if he’s been secretly harboring a dark side this whole time, or if he’s just a natural.

We’ll get another dose of the criminal ways of Jason McCann when Justin Bieber reprises the role on CSI in February, just in time for sweeps.
