Following her scandalously delicious performance on the Late Show With David Letterman last week, we finally get to set our eyes on Shakira’s “Loca” video. And give the girl props, folks—she was slapped with a fine for not obtaining a permit for the shoot, which was done guerrilla-style on the streets of Barcelona. She a rebellious hip-shaker!
