Sexy she wolf Shakira graces the cover of October’s Ocean Drive magazine. The “Waka Waka” songbird posed for photographer Marc Baptiste for the mag’s fall spread in a charcoal gray fringed mini dress as well as a black blazer ensemble complete with thigh high black boots. The “Loca” singer then sat down with the Miami Magazine to discuss her childhood, her upcoming album and about singing the official anthem for the 2010 World Cup.
