The “Katy Perry Sex Puppet” vid spoofs both “Teenage Dream” and the pop star’s “Hot N Cold” duet with Elmo (since taken down from Sesame Street’s YouTube page), and the outcome is every PBS-watching parent’s worst nightmare.
