Susan Boyle Stops Halfway Through Her Performance On ‘The View’

Susan Boyle appeared on The View this morning to perform “O Holy Night” from her new album The Gift, but the Scottish chart-topper wasn’t even able to make it halfway through the song before stumbling over a few notes and stopping the number completely. It could have been nerves or a frog in her throat, but thankfully, she managed not to faint or have a foul-mouthed outburst. Watch the interrupted performance below — and hey, at least she wasn’t caught lip-syncing!

We know Susan hasn’t necessarily dealt with pressure all that well in the past, so we hope she doesn’t take this on-air slip-up to heart. Plus, failed performance or not, SoBu, we still think you should get a Grammy nomination for Best New Artist!
