Justin Bieber just loves the older ladies. His semi-regular smooch partner/leading lady, Jasmine Villegas just turned 17 today and he’ll have to wait another three whole months to catch up. The “All These Boys” songbird celebrated her birthday a few days early in Los Angeles with a giant multi-tiered cake, complete with a microphone and topped with her initials.
