Kelly Rowland’s next album is still missing an official release date and a title, but the songs keep coming anyway — Kelly takes a break from the club scene for “Motivation”, a slow-jam collab with Lil Wayne, written by Rico Love and produced by Jim Jonsin. Listen below.

And we weren’t too impressed with Kelly’s generic offering to the dancefloor, “Hangover”, either. Methinks half this album might be a disappointment. Good thing she’s got “Commander”, “Forever And A Day” and “Rose Colored Glasses” allegedly on the track list as well. It’s just too bad all those songs were released eons ago — she’s going to need another hit to help promote her album when it finally is ready to drop. What do you think of “Motivation”?
