Just when you thought Lady Gaga had completed work on upcoming album Born This Way, surprise—she’s still in the studio! Ellen DeGeneres called pop’s favorite fashion victim today to wish her a happy 25th birthday, and Gaga told her, “I’m whipping everybody.
