Which Of Rihanna’s 10 #1 Singles Is Your Favorite?

Who knew that when Rihanna scored her first Billboard Hot 100 chart-topping single with “SOS” back in 2006, she’d be achieving her 10th #1 in just under five years? (Check out her music video style evolution!)  Ri Ri’s “S&M” had been stuck at #2 for a few weeks, but with Britney Spears’ vocals added to a new remix of the chains-and-whips-wielding dance-pop anthem, it finally inched up to the top on the new chart published today. Billboard notes that Rihanna has now achieved the shortest span between a solo artist’s first and 10th #1 singles in the Hot 100’s 52-year history. (She did so in four years, 11 months and two weeks.) She’s also the youngest artist (23) to rack up 10 #1s.

Like her pal Katy Perry, whose “E.T.” she just got bumped off the top of the chart, Rihanna has the honor of all of her released singles from her latest album reach #1 on the Hot 100.

And as for Britney, “S&M” not only marks the Femme Fatale songstress’ fifth chart-topping single on her dance card, but also her second one this year (following “Hold It Against Me”).

We’ve listed all of Rihanna’s chart-topping singles below. Let us know which is your favorite!

1. “SOS” (2006) 2. “Umbrella” (2007) 3. “Take A Bow” (2008) 4. “Disturbia” (2008) 5. “Live Your Life” (2008) 6. “Rude Boy” (2010) 7. “Love The Way You Lie” (2010) 8. “What’s My Name” (2010) 9. “Only Girl (In The World)” (2010) 10. “S&M” (2011)
