World traveler Beyonce has dusted off her 2007 B’Day single “Get Me Bodied” for a new video tie-in with First Lady Michelle Obama’s Let’s Move! campaign. The effort aims to combat childhood obesity by prompting youngsters to become more active. And what better way to get kiddies to get off their cans than have pied piper Beyonce in lime green knee-high socks (a far better fashion choice than this) gyrating around the school cafeteria? Shake it to “Move Your Body” below! Our favorite part: Bey doing the running man dance with all the students about two minutes in.

And, funny — she sings, “A little sweat ain’t hurt nobody,” yet we don’t detect a drop on the “Run The World (Girls)” singer at all in this four-minute clip. Now that’s the type of workout we can get behind!
