Prepare to be bawled over — in next week’s “Funeral” episode Glee is gonna make you cry like a little baby. It’s rumored that the show will not only be killing off not only a “beloved character” and a “major couple” (please, don’t let it be Brittany!). As if the farewell of a favorite McKinley High School face isn’t enough for our poor Gleek hearts to bear, creator Ryan Murphy has given us a somber rendition of “Pure Imagintion” from Willy Wonk And The Chocolate Factory — perhaps sung at said funeral. Take a listen to the ensemble performance as well as Maxim‘s Hot 100 gal Lea Michele singing “My Man” below.

Will the funeral be for the untimely death of bully Dave Karofsky? Then again, he’s far more hated than beloved. Will the major break up be between Blaine and Kurt (perish the thought!)? Tell us your plot theories, predictions and speculations in the comments.

This “Pure Imagination” doesn’t exactly conjur up images of chocolate rivers and giant gummy candies, now does it?

“My Man” from Funny Girl.

How do you think Lea did compared to Babs?
