Miley Cyrus’ has packed up that Gypsy Heart of hers and headed to a new town, this time the summer tour vixen has landed in Mexico City. The freshly inked siren sat attended a press conference on the Four Seasons Hotel this afternoon. We wonder if anyone bothered to ask the un-tameable pop star how she felt about getting the “Neil Young Treatment” on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon.
