Yet another reason for new mommy Pink to celebrate today – after being blasted by the “Raise Your Glass” singer and animal activist via Twitter for using painted horses in her new video “Love You Like A Love Song”, Selena Gomez has decided to cut the horses from her video altogether.

About two weeks ago, Pink took to Twitter to criticize a music video production using painted animals on the beach in Malibu. “If there are any animal activists around Malibu- at Leo Cabrillo State Beach, there are horses being painted for a stupid music video. Shame.”

She continued after learning that Justin Bieber’s sweetie was the artist in question whose music video was being shot: “whether u r a fan of mine or whomEVER’S, i won’t stop speaking out about animal cruelty. i’ve taken responsibility in the past, so should she.”

Selena’s camp released a statement saying “no animals were harmed and all proper precautions were taken. A nontoxic, vegetable-based powder paint was applied via an airbrush and removed with water.” But it appears that the “Who Says” singer wants the horses out of the picture completely.

“When Selena was presented the idea for the video, no one informed her the horses would be painted and she had assumed they would be colored in post-production [via special effects],” a production insider tells E! Online. “When she showed up to the set she was very surprised to see them painted.”

That should appease Pink, all animal lovers and horses alike.
