Robin Thicke Covers Lil Wayne’s “A Milli” And Al Green’s “Let’s Stay Together”
Watch out, Weezy — if you’re not careful, Robin Thicke just may try to steal your place as one of the hottest guest rappers in the business! The Aidan-like crooner took to the mic at Pharrell’s Qream liqueur launch in Beverly Hills last night, performing a number of R&B ballads — including one of his faves, a cover of Al Green’s “Let’s Stay Together” — and also surmounted a less likely challenge, rapping along to Lil Wayne’s “A Milli.” And while no, we don’t think the Carter IV rapper has much to worry about, the crowd sure was eating up Robin’s rhymes.
